This award recognizes those hotels that have consistently provided exceptional guest satisfaction and brand engagement. Our Country Inn and Suites Hagerstown, MD had won this amazing award last year which proves our superior quality of product and services.

Our property also won another award in 2007 which is called Friends Hosting Friends Award. This award is presented to the properties meeting the following criteria.

• All aspects of the program are in place at hotel as measured by BP360
• Service Performance Index (SPI) is in top 25% of Brand – Delight the Guest
• Problem Incidence is in the top 25% of the Brand as reported through Medallia* – Be the Host
• Property Performance Index (PPI) is in the top 25% of the Brand – Dress it Up
• Problem Resolution Rate is in the top 25% of the Brand as measured by Medallia*
